Pros

- They have good customers. - Some of their products are very good.

Cons

- Company is mostly paper based. No online system for employee's time sheets. - No official job offer letter. - Health Insurance Coverage may be after 6 months to 1 year - No Gym Benefits - No extra bonuses or profit sharing - Low Salary - False Promises, I was told that there will be 1 week of training but then I was told that they don't have time to provide me with any training and I was let go on my 2nd day of employment with a statement that I don't fit in the company. How can someone fit in the company only in 1 day. You learn from ur mistakes, but this one cost me my previous job, and left me hanging unemployed till I find anything else. They hired someone else before me as well who stayed for only about a month, not sure if that person left or they did something like this with her as well. Choose At Your Own Risk !

Hello, we are aware of this employee and it was made clear upon his first day that he misrepresented himself during the interview process. He claimed to understand the indutry and basics of the field (which were critical for both the training process and the job itself), upon starting it was made clear that he did not understand nor know about the industry or the basic terms. A company cannot be held responsible for an unhappy ex-employee if said employee does not represnet their knowledge, capabilities and experience correctly upon interview. Training period is a standard, however training efficacy is contingent on basic understanding of department and category. Also, benefits and terms are always made clear from the begining during interview and negotiation process. If a candidate is unhappy with the wage, they are not forced to accept the position. Also, all job offers are sent by email. There are no positions that are not made in writing. In regards to bonuses and profit sharing, this person worked for a couple of days and unfortunately was not a good fit. It is not customary in any company to provide bonuses nor profit sharing to a starting employee who has not passed a "trial" period.

Pros

Indoor plumbing, private, closed-door meetings with the CFO.

Cons

Family owned & operated. All senior members of the staff are related to each other in some strange way or another. CFO bullies employees with closed-door threats and intimidation. Employees eventually get fired if their salary gets too high, or if there is an attempt to stop the harassment.

Hello, we are aware of this employee and this case and are surprised to see that after the way this person acted, that they would accuse the company of any wrongdoings. 1. this person is not a current employee, they left. 2. this person upon not receiving a 50% requested raise stormed into the CFO's office (without a meeting) and while the CFO was in a phone meeting with Auditors, and started to curse and yell. This ex-employee started yelling and screaming and when the CFO requested them to lower their voice and calm down, they got more aggrevated and made threats that they would leave unless they recevied the requested raise. 3. When they did leave this person did very harmul damage. They deleted files, and emails so that anyone trying to take over after would have a very difficult time. It was an unfortunate situation, and we hope that this person will remove the post as it is truly not true. 1. The company is private and has been in business for over 40 years. It is a family owned corporation where all the owners are related as they started the business together. That is why they are all related. 2. Several management positions are occupied by non-family persons. 3. The CFO has an open door policy where he encourages employees to see him if there are any issues or concerns. 4. Employees are encouraged to grow with the company and many have been with the company for over 20 years, growing into very good positions.
