Pros

Amazing people. Talented and passionate about what they do.

Cons

Wipro management and employees are the worst. Directionally, they are greedy and value quantity over quality.

Pros

great people, cutting edge projects, super innovative and creative environment. You need to be a pro to handle expectations, otherwise you'll have no work/life balance. Great for a 2-3 year period, and then move on.

Cons

mediocre+ pay, long hours, some offices get way better perks. Management doesn't always realize how demoralized employees can really get (again, depends on office). Limited growth option within the company.

Pros

I was hired since the company became remote and I like my team and job a lot but we are all actively looking for new opportunities. Pros -Somewhat flexible working schedule -Relatively nice people -ok pay

Cons

The “benefits” are abysmal and I can’t believe leadership doesn’t prioritize this. We get 16 PTO days and 10 company holidays. NO education benefits. NO mental health and wellness benefits. NO technology stipend (hey! How do you think we pay for internet, phones, and monitors needed to do the work???) NO travel credits. NO meal stipend? What?! DesignIt should be ashamed. These are basic at any tech design firm or agency! -health insurance is expensive. Even small non profits (some we provide work for) are able to provide health insurance to their staff, not to talk of the other sectors we work for -upper leadership seems toxic and I feel bad for their direct reports. they gossip like school kids and have an “in crowd” -pay is OK, but still not competitive in the slightest. Most people are receiving offers, some from designit’s competitors AND clients, that are nearly double what DesignIt pays - Did I mention they slashed salaries and froze raises for almost two years???
