      Great 401k contributions, but work rotating shifts

      Pros

      Pay and enhanced 401k contributions. Matches 100% on first 4%, 50% on next 2%. Gives an additional 4% regardless of contribution. So, basically you get 9% if you contribute at least 6% of your pay.

      Cons

      12 hour rotating shifts are a con for some people. Personally, I don’t really mind too much.

      Good Leaves and sometime the flexibility is good. nothing else worth working here

      Cons

      No Promotion No salary hike 5%-6% In CTC 20% bonus but during year end you don't get anything. So don’t fall for CTC Incompetent Indian leader they have made the culture and atmosphere worst and like BPO, There is no Respect to Team Members. No Training or upskill activities No Career Growth Opportunity Biased to favourites 4 day mandatory wfh Too much of Work Load to handle
