Pros
Working here if you are a BA (BEAUTY ADVISOR) There are free perks like products perfume and other cosmetics etc when you attend seminars. My location was in the airport so sometimes you meets celebs. Also they do a free brand trip for learning purposes with whatever brand u work for once a year. Paris, Mexico, LA etc. (Dior, Chanel pays for all expensive etc.)
Cons
Company was just all around horrible to part time staff. No benefits. They value staff who are of a certain ethnicity depending on the city you are in because that is their target audience. EXAMPLE: In Toronto, Chinese customers and staff were priority. If you weren't, they didn't cater to those skin tones with makeup shades and Chinese staff always got first dibs on new positions which in my opinion was pretty racist. But Chinese spends the most so they were the favorites.
