This company does not have its best interest at heart for anyone who is below a director level. It is clear that compared to our competitors, we are not doing well. This has been the case for quite some time, as seen with multiple layoffs and high turn over. Your job is only safe if you are a senior leader, for those who are not and work very hard to keep this place afloat it’s a different reality.

Every manager here is a micromanager because they have to be to prove their worth. They promote the same management team over and over for jobs that don't even need to be there. Weekly meetings are literally managers repeating eachother week in and week out trying to justify your position. You'll be told you need to always be getting better at your job (mistakes=money) but will have zero training in place. Feild managers know less than nothing most of the time and if they do it's not in a practical or useful sense. Favoritism isn't even tried to be hidden, your pay depends on your workload which solely relys on your manager, and your relationship with them. At best management is inconsistent and your pay is 100% unstable. I would absolutely look elsewhere if you're looking for anything long term.
