      Benefits are above average Workforce is easy to deal with

      Cons

      Poor local management and corporate leadership Low job security due to frequent layoffs No training and supervisors are under valued and often used as scape goats for upper managers They will recruit you from another employer and immediately tell you your job is not secure and they cant justify it.
