Pros

Decent community and work environment, huge team so you’ll definitely meet some interesting people. Good for gaining early experience in the restaurant industry

Cons

Volume is unpredictable and inconsistent, so you have to be prepared to either be in the weeds with minimal assistance from management or ready to idle for 3 hours with two walk-ins per hour and no reservations. And the tourists are exceptionally insufferable here

Pros

There is not many to fully put here - they are reducing all perks and don't care about their team. As a manager, I saw how bad it was for me but it was even worse for hourly employees.

Cons

Misogynist culture - treat and pay their employees below market rate. Inefficient processes, behind the times. Stay clear of this organization.
