      Pros

      Clean and friendly workplace and clients. Innovative and creative environment. Orders are made by thoughtful people delivered to deserving recipients, makes for nice interactions with people.

      Cons

      Holiday periods can be a little hectic... Clients tend to forget we are human with the same environmental rules as the rest of the world (i.e. I paid 50$ for this why didn't it last 2 weeks out of the fridge)

      Pros

      -You get to make beautiful arrangements -The job itself is very rewarding and the day goes by fast -Learnt a lot about my rights with the Labour board as management liked to threatened/belittle and bully when you say no.

      Cons

      -No room for advancement -False promises for bonuses and promotions -No breaks or breaks are unpaid -No schedules (pretty much on call everyday for all hours) -Low wages -Expectations are hard to meet as they change every other day depending on managements mood -Get lots of calls and texts outside of work -You have to do a lot more than the expected job description when you applied -You don't get your pay stubs can take up to 5 weeks to get them after you ask for them -Might be expect to work 7 days a week with no days off
