Pros
- Great money to be made. I've made over USD 3000 working 3.5 hours every weekday, and 7 hours on weekends. If you stick to your routine and make sure you're NEVER absent or late, this is a great opportunity to work at home. - Kids are great for the most part. About 95% of them are kind and considerate, and try VERY hard to learn. If you can build rapport with them they will treat you with love and respect, and WILL keep coming back to you. - The support team tries to be as helpful as they can, and are unfailingly polite. Still, their responses are formulaic for the most part. - The company has been trying to institute changes, such as specific support portals for specific concerns.
Cons
- The company is far too keen on retaining customers, to the point of brushing their teachers' concerns aside. If a student decides to destroy your hard-earned rating with a single bad grade, the company will NEVER do anything about it. Regardless of whether you deserve that grade or not, they will shrug it off and tell you that student reviews are irrevocable. Teachers have ZERO leverage or control whenever things go awry.
