Nothing bad to say about this company

I have been at AGAT for over 2 years now and have seen the pros and cons of this workplace. In my experience AGAT Laboratories commends hard work and rewards success in the workplace. I have had the pleasure of working with the team and getting to know the CEO as she takes part in every aspect of the business. I think the leadership is fabulous and see countless improvements to this company that will lead to future success! On a specific note for working in Ontario sales, there is a bit of a seasonal cycle with winter being slower than other months. I like the fast paced seasons and then having a "planning" season where you can review your success, map a new sales plan and catch up on any internal projects you would like to support.

All companies have some internal programs that are outdated. This does not bother me because I see AGAT adopting new programs and updating our process to improve the user experience for all employees. I also believe you create your own environment. I have been part of seeing change happen in this company and view "cons" as opportunities to contribute to positive improvement!
