      Grows by acquisition of other companies which makes it profitable.

      Cons

      Because they grow by acquisition of other companies there is not much incentive for organic growth within the company which makes it frustrating for engineers.

      Leadership cares and listen's. The Company is going through changes/challenges just like all other companies. They are doing the best they can.

      Management was not so good - very passive aggressive and disorganized and don’t expect overtime from your employees
