Pros
Semi-flexible work hours. Minus the 30 minute drive to the nearest major centre. Some very nice people to work for, small town kindness in part. They have wifi.
Cons
This place operates with shady hiring and employment practices. They barely offer OT and most years put you on 'job sharing' when they under-perform on a quarter. Their mentality is not "how can we be a better employer?", it is "how low can we skimp by when it comes to safety and compensation without someone complaining". Management all has closed door conversations all the time and the employees all walk around on eggshells when a door is closed or a person from AGI Winnipeg comes in to visit. They do not know how to predict market fluctuations and keep good people working. The accounting department is some of the rudest people I have ever worked with in business and the management team is patsy's for a few key people at AGI Winnipeg.
