      Pros

      Strong management and very solid technical capabilities in antibody discovery. The platform is impressive and the science is genuinely strong. People are smart, collaborative and easy to work with.

      Cons

      There’s a lot of emphasis on “team culture,” but it often feels more like lip service than something you experience day to day. Leadership seems well-meaning but not fully in touch with ground realities. In particular, HR leadership is overly political.

      Supportive culture, top-notch scientists, learning and development opportunities, good benefits. If you are an early career scientist, you will learn a lot.

      Cons

      Their interview process was very long in 2021-2022. I don't know what the situation is now.
