Pros
Great base pay, Commission and incentives, company vehicle, gas card, fleet maintenance, benefits, pension. on going education (supplied by company), What can I say I have been working here for 5 years and I love going to work everyday. the management wants me to succeed and makes sure I have all the tools to do that. there is a reason abell has been around for over 90 years and its not cause they treat us like crap. they stand behind their employees and want us to stay with them. most negative reviews are from people who want everything given to them and don't want to work for it.
Cons
sometimes can be longer then an 8 hour day but its all on how you manage your time. there are about 2 weekends a year that you are "oncall" but its on a rotation so its not every weekend.
