Poor Management/ Toxic Environment - Architectural Staff Adamson Associates Architects Employee Review

This is a unbaised/constructive review both to management and people who consider working here. I believe Adamson could be a good place to work if : you are a robot and just want to do a 9-5 job Unfortunately, management is really poor, so don't expect much help/mentoring if you just starting! Moreover; some team leaders are extremely egoistic and strict that if anyone speak up or leave a comment, they'll be rejected immediately. Moreover, lack of collaboration and team work is very evident at Adamson, some employees would only talk through Slack In nutshell, there's a very toxic culture at Adamson, specifically among management and seniors. I was warned before I started working there, but I thought I could deal with it with doing a great job. Unfortunately, they don't value a good work, a good character, all they care us their big ego. Hope this review will give you some insight about Adamson, and the culture, ask in your interview to meet your manager before you join!
