The managment has no respect for other staff and they treat you like your replaceable and don't matter. This emplolyer treats the residents that live in this facility like they are nothing more than a rent check and has no consideration for the fact that this facility is their home. They are only interested in increasing profit and decreasing cost, no matter what the cost is for the staff and residents. They make it very difficult to find enjoyment at work and efforts to save money have made it very difficult to do the job properly and with respect.
