Union work. Set payscale so you don’t have to fight for wage increases. Winnipeg is a B station so it’s very low stress steady work
Cons
Company doesn’t like to replace to replace employees on leave so sometimes working with less people. Company would rather force unions to strike and blame workers for service disruptions.
