none. not a comparable compensation, we get flight tickets but they are always full so cant use them.
Cons
No standard policy, within last one year they moved from 2 days in office to 3 days and now 4 days. Demoted all senior managers to managers without any reasoning. Old folks think they are entitled and cause unnecessary reviews and delays
