Fair salary, terrible working conditions.

Cons

I found the lawyers and HR to be abusive, they are constantly yelling, fighting and being rude and treat you like children. No room for promotions, high turnover due to HR negligence. Coworker tried to poison me. Zero work life balance, everyone is always sick. Unhealthy culture, no regard for workload. HR does not care if coworkers and lawyers are bullying other people, they will just move you and demote you if you complain no matter how good you are. HR likes to gaslight people and call them crazy after treating them very poorly.
