Pros

Lots of opportunities to get involved with multiple projects outside of your normal position. Frequent learning sessions to grow your knowledge base. Supportive and approachable colleagues and executive team. Fun work sponsored events. Relaxed/alternate work schedules. Opportunities for travel and cross training in different departments.

Cons

Not always a 9-5 type job that you sign out of when you leave the office; some clients need more attention then others and it is expected that you should be aware of what is happening and potentially action items as needed. Not always the case, but it is something to be aware of.

Pros

Great benefits and employee engagement. The product itself is modern and user friendly.

Cons

AlayaCare had extremely high turnover coming from leadership all the way down to their base-level employees. There seems to be a strong favor towards Canadian employees vs American employees. Lack of HR support when you need it most - I would know, I was harassed by another employee for several months before the person was held accountable. Lacking representation of black and brown employees.
