Fired For No Reason - Anonymous employee Alta Genetics Employee Review

7 people have quit a team of about 6 in the last year. I walked into work and got fired with no reason given to me and no warning and we werent understaffed. I was coming in early and staying late and rejected on my overtime hour request, even though I've put in about 40 hours this month. If you try to stand up for yourself or ask for more responsibilities, you end up getting fired. Do not work for this company. Plus youll hardly make minimum wage unless your a CEO basically.
