      Pros

      Great pay, majority good people, very easy to talk to management at all levels. Dave is great at running the company, gets right in to the technical issues when needed. Never forced to do overtime.

      Cons

      a few bad apples in the company, benefits could be a little better. Company is very busy (which is good for profit sharing) so sometimes you feel like you need to work overtime.

      A caring CEO, management that listens and works to improve processes, friendly and professional work culture, day shift, interesting niche technology to learn about, potential to learn new skills and grow your career, and lots of work for those of you who don't like standing and twiddling your thumbs.
