Unprofessional Layoff Process & No Job Security - Executive ApplyBoard Employee Review

I worked at Apply board and was deeply disappointed with their layoff procedures. The layoffs are seasonal and abrupt, with no prior notice or severance pay. Employees are simply asked to submit their laptops and leave immediately, without any transition period or proper communication. The lack of transparency and fairness in these decisions creates an environment of constant uncertainty and stress. Many employees face mental distress due to the way layoffs are handled. There is no proper HR support or guidance provided post-layoff. While the company may offer good opportunities while employed, the job security is nonexistent, and the way they handle layoffs is highly unprofessional. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for a stable and employee-friendly workplace.
