Pros
With new changes, management is taking respect at work more seriously. They do a good job with inclusion and not accepting poor behaviour. Lots of recent training on this which is nice to see. Can be opportunity to grow and teams are helpful.
Cons
Leadership isn't always available or supportive, same with HR. They need a neutral person who doesn't judge and will take matters seriously and follow up when employee have concerns.
