      Good technical/ project experience. You learn alot from others and generally people are nice

      Cons

      Low salaries, some teams i've worked for have bad work team culture and work life balance but it really depends on your team. They don't let you rotate teams and get other experience outside of your team

      Hybrid work, knowledgable colleagues and management that is willing to help, work life balance, career advancement opportunities, diversity.

      Cons

      Weekend travel can be tricky but it is manageable. Not many cons.
