      Pros

      I was able to work on the huge projects. Company is sustainable. Even during the days that we did not have much works due to the scandals before changing their name to AtkinsRealis, company could afford paying us.

      Cons

      The company is too big to experience variety of works. You are stuck on doing one thing for years and years.

      Excellent training and development opportunities for HR Professionals Leadership listens to recommendations, and leadership has done well to create a good partnership between the business and HR.

      Cons

      Reorganizations and acquisitions have made it difficult for some to find their footings. However this is natural in an environment of change and good for business.
