This used to be a great company with great people,

The company is a shadow of what it used to be, top management are unable or unwilling to set clearly defined goals that they stick too, lack of performance reviews and investment in staff make for very little objective decision making and development opportunities. There is an inherent lack of trust from the owners of the company who will gossip behind peoples back rather than communicate directly.
