Pros

The company doesn't have enough space to accommodate all employees so they provide lots of WFH. And you do learn to gain a lot of patience by dealing with some of the stupidest decisions.

Cons

The list is endless... - BGIS is a facility management company but their own facility is a joke. - VPs and Directors are dangerously lacking in leadership. - To provide ideas alternate to management's decision is considered a sin here. - Their technology is at least a decade old. And to challenge their technology stack is a sin too. - Their flagship product will make you cringe... even their clients cringe at their offerings. - You will have the opportunity to work with the worst of talent in the industry. Interestingly these "talented" people spent their entire career in the company. - Management is in a denial mode of the needs of employees and the company.

Pros

Working at BGIS as a Technical Support Specialist has been a great experience.Ive been with the company around 7 years. The team is supportive, management values hard work, and there are strong opportunities to learn and grow professionally. It’s a fast-paced environment that keeps every day interesting while allowing you to build valuable technical skills.

Cons

More overtime sometimes, but other than that none.

Pros

BGIS has been a really great place for me, especially since I was starting out in a totally new environment. From day one, everything felt fair - my manager looked at my actual qualifications, and I never felt judged or discriminated against during the hiring process or my first few weeks. Now that I’ve hit my first year, I can honestly say the team has been super supportive. They value teamwork, they encourage you to grow, and they’ve really helped me bring out what I can offer. It’s a good feeling when you know your team has your back. And the work‑life balance? Huge plus. Working from home has made things so much easier and more flexible. Overall, it’s been a great experience and a solid place to build my career.

Cons

I think it would support employee retention if the company introduced annual bonuses to recognize and reward well‑deserving employees.
