It's fast paced and you're always learning something new. 12-14 paid holidays off a year. Vacation/PTO always rolls over, so it's ko use it or loose it.
Cons
Phone line gives customers incorrect information constantly, so in branch we look like the bad guys when we tell them they were given wrong info and do not have what they need. Things change a LOT so you might have 1 policy 1 day, and it changes the next.
