Pros

Flexibility, Sustainable Energy, Work from home option, brainstorming projects/improvements events (CSIS) twice a year. Match RRSP up to 6% of salary per year. Good health benefits. Okay amount of vacation days (15 days).

Cons

Poor senior management and terrible functional team leaders in stack engineering department. Using outdated software technology solutions. Dont spend enough time understanding problems and solutions from first principles which often causes failures and headaches down the line. Poor compensation/underpaid engineers and the company overwork you and normalizes working more than 8 hrs per day without overtime pay. A lot of good talent has left the company in the past couple years for similar reasons.
