Pros

Great work life balance People are great to work with, everyone is very helpful

Cons

Benefits are inconsistent, and can (and will be) changed at any time, usually for the worse. Higher ups seem to be stubborn and living in the past. They made a decision to go back into the office suddenly, and even though there was a lot of negative feedback from employees, did not change their mind.

We appreciate your taking the time to provide your feedback of your experiences at Bally’s Interactive and are glad to hear that you’ve had a good experience with your work/life balance and teammates. We are sorry to hear that you were unhappy with the recent changes to our blended working policy. Over the past couple of years, we have always tried to adapt to the changing requirements of hybrid working, bearing in mind the differing needs of our teams placed around the world. At our heart, we see ourselves as a social company with a strong culture, and we are keen to promote that atmosphere of collaboration and flexibility. While we know that our teams have done their best to bring a balanced approach to our policies, we know that no policy can ever please everyone, so we’re sorry to hear that you were negatively impacted by this change. If you’d like to continue to discuss what this issue means to you, we invite you to share your thoughts with our HR leadership on feedback@ballys.com.

Pros

Cool office Good location Occasionally free food Beer in fridge

Cons

Everything else. The office is usually a ghost town. Training is poor, exceptionally poor. Trainer acts as if annoyed when you ask a question. HR is remote, unreachable, and does not care about employees. It is clear overall that Bally’s doesn’t care about employees in the slightest. Terrible benefits. You have to pay $150 out of your own pocket to go through licensing. Why do you think we’re working? The company should cover all expenses. I wish I never accepted this job, it’s just been a waste of time and a rollercoaster. They will also mismanage your paycheck. Unorganized from top to bottom and not a good place to work. Diversity is lacking and it’s apparent. Very odd vibe in the office. Poor technology provided. When you think Bally’s think “bare minimum” because that’s what you’ll receive.
