After making a harassment complaint to HR at Bally's Interactive, I was falsely accused of improperly deleting confidential financial files. After a 50-day investigation, it was revealed that my boss, against whom I had filed the complaint, was actually responsible for deleting the files. Despite this, no disciplinary action was taken against them. Working here has had a significant impact on my mental health and professional reputation. The company was not responsive to my concerns and provided accommodations only after substantial damage had been done. If you value your mental health and professional reputation and wish to avoid false accusations, you may want to consider other opportunities.
