Pros

You have to be aggressive and push yourself but you can learn some good networking skills. It would be good for any employee to have some networking skill when starting here.

Cons

Support managment is unprofessional and bios. If they like you, you move ahead If not your stuck. Upper management is disconnected. It is not a atmosphere of sharing and caring it is an atmosphere of competitiveness in the wrong way

Pros

Work/Life Balance, Flexibility of schedule and a strong team feel amongst the SA Team.

Cons

Product functionality, vision of leadership team, stale solution set and very difficult to meet quota since you're covering 15+ AE's. You spend a lot of time trying to "save" customers vs. actively selling.
