Will give folks with no experience (whether in Sales, support, Engineering, or Management) a chance. If you have experience, you may be inclined to run quickly. Has begged employees to submit positive reviews on glassdoor. No drug testing is made at any level of the Company, this is a fact. In the land of the blind, a one-eyed man is king. You may be a little amazed at those who accumulate accolades. Pay is definitely sub-standard. They know that if you are applying for this company, you have run through your better options. Experienced folks that hire-in often quickly vanish (at all levels of the company). Sometimes they flee, sometimes they are pushed out by the established staff with one-eye that do not welcome outside competition. IPO has only worsened employee benefits and compensation. There's nothing here for rank and file. It is telling that middle management has ongoing recruiting troubles even post-IPO.
