-Pay bumps to keep up with inflation -Hybrid Remote -Tech support colleagues are good people. -You do not need to work outside your shift.* (See cons)

Cons

-Base pay is low for the industry -Metrics now pushed to the point where quality technical support has degraded. -Even though it is hybrid remote, working from home due to illness is not permitted. -You may want to work outside your shift to keep up with metric demands -Newer management severely lacks empathy.

Pros

Work/Life Balance, Flexibility of schedule and a strong team feel amongst the SA Team.

Cons

Product functionality, vision of leadership team, stale solution set and very difficult to meet quota since you're covering 15+ AE's. You spend a lot of time trying to "save" customers vs. actively selling.
