Cons
Leadership within the digital department was a significant challenge. Taryn's management style often felt dismissive of employee feedback and concerns. Communication around performance expectations and organizational decisions lacked transparency. Several respected managers who genuinely listened to employees and advocated for their teams were eventually let go, which negatively impacted morale. Employee input was not consistently valued, making it difficult to feel heard or supported. My departure was handled in a manner that felt abrupt and disrespectful. I was asked to leave immediately without meaningful explanation, which left me feeling more like a security risk than a valued employee.
