Pros
Good co-workers and good for people whom speak Spanish as they make $3 an hour.
Cons
Toxic environment, had to work in three different call ques at once and never paid more for doing more. Was over call time by 2 minutes on average but with 99% quality both years there. Even after that was given 12 cent raise and they thought that was amazing.....
