Every good business starts with the people. It was never the economy, James Carville. It's the people, stupid. Management cares. Supportive, understanding, and patient. It's about teamwork. There is no I in team, but there is a team in the words Blueforce Logistics Management. Need I say more? Flexible schedules. Competitive pay. Christmas parties that would make F. Scott Fitzgerald envious. And co-workers that quite literally pick you up when you are down. Also, the hats. I for one have taken at least 37 ball caps. As of yet, no one seems to have noticed.

We are all out of ball caps.

I think the owners of the company really care about the people who work for them and want to grow the business. It's an exciting place to work with tremendous potential.

It's been overwhelmingly positive so far.
