      Very nice fellow employees who are dedicated to their jobs

      Cons

      An American company took over fired all the people who knew their job and then took most of the jobs to the US were they messed them up, would not be surprised if the company left or Bankrupt.

      Pros

      I have been working at Broda in St. Louis for several years now and it is a good company to work for. I like my fellow workers and the management really cares about their employees. It is a small office where you get to know everyone and you learn something new everyday. The company has made their financial plan for the last 4 years and all the employees get rewarded.

      Cons

      I can't really think of any, I actually love my job.

      Seems to be very unorganized and has an HR team that is incompetent.
