Leadership couldn't care less about the employees so long as they make money! The culture is toxic and degrading. Managers don't provide recognition for work well done, just more work and very long hours. Burnout and stress leave are common. HR is the worst - they don't represent the employees, they only focus on pleasing their bosses. Leaders pay lip service to Diversity but the reality is that the company is run mostly by rich white men and a handful of white women who enable them! STAY AWAY!
