Easy to get hired if you aren’t afraid of the phone and making/taking calls

Cons
The pay is fairly low and there is not a lot of room for advancement in the BDC itself - the play is go to a dealership role like selling cars if you want to break out of it and stay within Bruce
I don’t think the people who work there understand how valuable their skillset is after working in the BDC for even 6 months to a year and hitting metrics, nurturing inbound leads to the point of guiding them to a sale with a sales person is extremely valuable and transferable to other industries or even anyone’s own business.
