Pros
Most of the colleagues are great and the training is pretty solid.
Cons
- Management has favourites and they make that very clear from the get-go - The pay isn't great, but they incentivize you with a points system instead that you can redeem for gifts, gift cards, etc. instead of having it be added to your paycheck - Banked time on holidays instead of time and a half like normal companies - Penalized if you take "too many" sick days - The CEO is narcissistic and power-tripping - Clients can be awful - Your shifts are determined by you getting 100% on QA and how closely you stick to your schedule (might as well skip breaks if you want a chance at getting 100% - "game the system" as they say) - and seniority - Some senior agents are condescending and belittling when they're there to help you
