      Pros

      Great salaries for all positions - higher than any registered charity I`ve known, and above average compared to private sector.

      Cons

      Horrible workplace culture and incompetent management. Gross misspending of funding and grants, inefficient organizing systems, poor leadership with no leadership training, retaliatory reprimands if any of these issues are brought up to HR.
