When it was We Care, it was a caring, positive environment.

Management in Toronto allows offices to have people who harass, bully and demean others - and they promote them! HR and the Director for Kingston and Belleville turn their backs to the issues, while staff leave one by one, or go on stress leave to get out of the toxic, negative atmosphere. Service Canada is very aware of them and the amount of staff who have left due to current management, and their breaches of policies and human rights.
