3wThank you for the kind review and for your three-plus years with CFIB. I'm glad to hear the flexibility and earning potential have worked well for you. You are right that for those who are motivated, the earning potential is strong, and I hear that from many of our top performers across the country.
On the car and cellphone expenses, I understand this is a concern for some staff. The T2200 we provide does allow District Managers to deduct a significant portion of those costs at tax time, which we hope helps offset the impact. That said, it is something we continue to look at as we review our overall compensation structure. We are in the process of making another boost to our compensation levels this month, on top of the new monthly bonus structure launched in January.
