Pros

- competitive pay - full benefits - flexibility - remote work - lots of bonus pay - 3-4 weeks vacation

Cons

- long hours can be hectic with non stop calls - your experience is based on your team lead because the 2 I had were amazing I received employee of impact recognition from my TL and a rewritten statement about my performance and attaining the highest bonus compensation my first year Then I got a new TL and she was out to get me for every little mistake I made to the point she went into phone calls I mean when I was either in probation or just out of probation and already be coached out and try to performance assess me out of my position so I had quite due to toxic work environment.

Pros

-People were friendly and would do coffee chats/one-on-one lunches. -Other interns were great. -Base compensation as an analyst is on the higher end.

Cons

-Feedback from intern manager only given at the end of a rotation differed greatly from what team members would directly tell me which was confusing. Makes me think people are only nice on the surface. -Team members prioritized some interns over others in terms of work given and time spent. -Teams in the same product group had wildly different work life balance with some working 70+ hours a week and others working close to 40. -Has high turnover overall due to lower compensation at the Director+ level.
