Pros

Nice coworkers, free dry cleaning for uniform.

Cons

Low pay, required to learn over 8 different roles and you rotate roles each hour. Imagine having 1 hour of “windows” for $17 an hour. So much stress and information to learn in 3-4 days with no formal training. Just shadowing someone new every single hour. Pressure from higher ups to memorize codes and elevator speeches. You mostly work by yourself get in trouble from talking to coworkers. Lonely job with low pay

Pros

- Access to the reciprocal agreement that gives you admission to other attractions - Great co-workers in entry-level positions

Cons

Some of the most disrespectful, elitist, head-in-the-clouds upper management that I've ever worked with. Complete disregard for employee safety and well-being. More immediate supervisors were sometimes understanding, but are functionally powerless. Everything was based on favouritism, and staff who were well-liked had to do additional work (training employees, working as a "team captain" aka an unpaid promotion) for no pay.
