Pros
-Co workers are amazing -Easy commute (right beside union station) -Flexible hours during the off season -Interactions with people from all over the world
Cons
-Terrible working conditions (eg. 8+ hours standing in the sun and 40 degree heat, no AC in employee areas, many of my coworkers have passed out from heat stroke while on the job) -Management is useless, authoritarian, and not held accountable for their actions -The company is money-hungry and puts profit in front of the health and safety of employees (eg. employees had to call the labour board multiple times in order for our position standing outside in the freezing winter to be removed) -Extremely corrupt system of hiring/firing employees -Paid minimum wage even after years of working -Being forced to stay very late past the end of the shift with no overtime compensation
