      I know the hourly rate the client pays. When annualized, Cofomo keeps over $60,000 a year. They make almost as much money as me and I do all the work. And it takes everything to get a $500 raise. Not only that, they flat out refuse to comply with the law and pay overtime (above 40 hours in a week} at time and a half. And then they will say that if you're not happy, go somewhere else. Nice.

      Good account managers who regularly follow up with consultants

      Cons

      Not very great compensation,no RRSP, health insurance is very average
