The CEO deserves recognition for her openness—she consistently welcomed questions from staff and addressed challenging topics transparently. When employees voiced concerns collectively, leadership demonstrated a willingness to adjust priorities, though the outcomes of these shifts were sometimes limited.

The organization does not currently offer a formal bonus structure, and opportunities for increased compensation are limited. Advancement potential, particularly for mid-level managers, appears constrained, with few pathways for career growth or strategic involvement. Decision-making tends to be centralized, leaving minimal room for autonomy or meaningful contribution to broader initiatives. Additionally, there is a noticeable disparity in compensation and influence between upper management and frontline staff, which can impact morale and the overall workplace culture.
